LaMelo Ball, a former Illawarra Hawk, is a successful basketball player and influencer. He has won awards, donated to aid bushfire-affected families, and supported disability initiatives due to his mother's condition.
MIKEY WEBB
Mikey, a prominent figure in the Australian Auslan community, has deaf parents and is known as a celebrated figure in Auslan. He advocates for individuals with disabilities and will play a significant role as an ambassador at the Festival of FUN.
Wollongong’s TRENT POTTER
Trent is a charismatic individual who enjoys performing, playing basketball, singing, dancing, and acting. Supported by his encouraging family, he showcases a vibrant personality and impressive dance skills.
Wollongong’s TRISTAN KNOWLES
Tristan is a successful wheelchair basketball showcasing 6 Paraolympics to his name and the OAM. He leads the Wollongong Roller Hawks team, holds a commerce degree, works in finance, and is a motivational speaker advocating for people of all abilities.
OLIVIA HARGRODER
Olivia Hargroder advocates for Down Syndrome athletes in the Paralympics through the "Change the Box" campaign. She is an actress, released a short film, featured in "Sunshine," and is a Young Australian of the Year award finalist and an Australia Day ambassador.
TIGE SIMMONS
Tige, an Australian wheelchair basketball icon, has won Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals. He received the Order of Australia Medal for his sports contributions and inspiring others with disabilities.
JESS CRONJE
Jess, a wheelchair basketball player from Wollondilly Shire, aims to excel in the sport and motivate others. She is an ambassador for the Festival of FUN and competed in the Paralympics in Japan.

MEET THE LEADERSHIP TEAM
The ARHG Foundation is the driving force behind the Festival of FUN. The leadership team is driven to ensure people with a disability can live their lives with access to purposeful opportunities.

Each of the leadership team has a connection to disability and is committed to the success of the Foundation, our Health and Wellbeing events and the Festival’s of FUN.
David “Macca” McFarland
Director and Founder
David Macca, has long been a passionate voice to champion, positivity, love, equality and FUN for people with disabilities. Volunteering for over 30 years in the disability space, he decided to create the charity, the ARHG Foundation to drive change and gather support to help us make the world a more inclusive and accessible place for people with a disability.
Thus, creation the Festival of FUN, the fully accessible event made to provide FUN, and opportunity for people with a disability and there family and friends, however anyone of any ability is encouraged to come and have some FUN!
Wayne Morris
Chairman Of Board / OAM
Retired IMB CEO Wayne was given the Order of Australia Medal. This award was greatly deserved for his tireless work, across multiple companies and community groups all in leadership positions. He dedicates retirement to serving on community, charity and church boards. He is passionate about achieving a more inclusive and supportive society for people with a disability, thus he joined the ARHG Foundation to help drive it in that direction.
He is a “TRUE” volunteer champion.
Tige Simmons
Director / OAM
Ex Wollongong Roller Hawk Tige is a proud and driven individual who has achieved success in his professional career as a digital marketing expert and on the basketball court as an elite wheelchair Paralympian.
In addition to winning Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals, Tige was honoured with the Order of Australia Medal for his significant contribution to sport and for inspiring and motivating others with disabilities to achieve their goals.
